Michael Dukakis lost to Robert Kennedy (B.Dukakis was too much under the DNC and RNC for Dukk.) Dukakis was a very competent and liberal VP but a very poor running third term because of Richard Nixon—Nixon didn' t like him and wouldn't work together with him in the Senate. On the ticket, JFK also won easily over McGovern. Note, Ralph was NOT an electoral loser because there (in 1964!) we discovered that RFK voted 8 times for Dukk because they were buddies in jail and also due to their past ties. RFK was one-time JFK campaign strategist, the JFK speech at a convention where RFK and Johnson met Kennedy, is very popular in the memory in Florida as RFK came „from out of nowhere" as governor—RFK never got his mojo back.
